Dayton, OH (February 3, 2012)–CIMA is taking the association’s tradeshow message to the next level with a dynamic new display. The Cellulose Pavilion will have its official unveiling at the American Institute of Architects National Convention and Design Expo May 17 – 19 in Washington, DC.
“The Pavilion culminates several years of planning by our members to bring forward a comprehensive presentation on the unique attributes of cellulose insulation,“ CIMA Executive Director Dan Lea said. “We have a great story to share and the Pavilion will provide a tactile opportunity for architects to experience the amazing benefits of cellulose insulation.”
This major tradeshow presentation will fill a 20′ x 30′ space with graphic displays, a fully insulated “sound tunnel” with tactile demonstrations and more. According to Lea, the Pavilion is designed to be visually stimulating and highly informative.
“Our association has been in need of a bigger footprint in which to share more information at industry tradeshows,“ Lea said. “As insulation has become more vogue over the past few years the confusion about the various products has grown among consumers and even housing and construction professionals. The Pavilion will allow CIMA to share the facts about our amazing product and its many unique benefits.”
CIMA intends to take the Cellulose Pavilion on the road beyond the AIA Expo with showings planned at the 2012 GreenBuild Expo and 2013 International Builders Show. “Cellulose Insulation is a key component in the search for energy efficiency and climate change solutions and we want to make sure every segment of the building industry is aware of this amazing natural insulation product.”
