The Professional Staff of CIMA Includes: Mr. Dan Lea, Executive Director E-mail the Director: Mr. Dan Lea Daniel Lea was named as Executive Director of the Cellulose Insulation Manufacturers Association on July 1, 1992, when the Cellulose Industry Standards Enforcement Program (CISEP) adopted new bylaws restructuring the standards program as a trade association for the cellulose segment of the insulation industry. Lea has been associated with the insulation industry since 1982. He was administrator of CISEP before its restructuring as CIMA. He was formerly communications director of the Urethane Foam Contractors Association, and has held staff positions with the Cold Storage Insulation Contractors Association, the Eastern States Insulation Contractors Association, the Central States Insulation Contractors Association, and the Southwest Insulation Contractors Association. He is a member of ASTM International Technical Committees C-16 and E-5, the Building Environment and Thermal Envelop Council of the National Institute of Building Science, the National Fire Protection Association, and the International Code Council Industry Advisory Committee.
